Yogic practices give special focus to enhance the health of our senses so that our focus can improve to observe the things around us. These simple Yogic practices can help you to maintain the health of your eyes, ears, throat, and facial muscles.

Please remember-

1) Practice in the morning empty stomach

2) Everybody can practice it

3) Keep your spine straight and sit erect, you can also practice while sitting on the chair.

A regular practice will help to bring harmony within, reduce headaches, and improve focus.
