Vani has been into Yoga and Fitness for more than 18 years. She is a post-graduate in Yoga therapy from India. Presently she lives in Adelaide, Australia for the past five years and runs International Yoga Retreats and workshops.

Here we present you a Yoga practice sequence to energize your whole body and mind to start your day with a lot of energy and joy.
- Practising these poses opens energy channels and improves the flow of Prana (vital force) in the whole body
- It will take 15-20 minutes to finish the sequence, morning is the suitable time to practice
- Take it slowly in the beginning and increases the repetitions gradually
