Mocktail

Plum Mocktail is enriched with blended plums with the flavours of cumin, lemon and black salt!

Ingredients

250 gm plums
100 to 150 gm sugar according to your taste
Black salt
Roasted cumin
Lemon juice according to your taste

Method

  • Boil plums in two cups of water till plums become soft switch off-gas
  • Add sugar and let it melt completed
  • Seive it and keep mashing it completely
  • Adjust the consistency with water and add seasonings black salt cumin powder and lemon juice
  • Serve with ice
