In this new normal, most of us are working from home and sitting long hours at the home desk (not as comfortable as your office). Our physical activities are reduced and we may be facing lower back stiffness due to less mobility. Here I am sharing four easy stretches (Yogic subtle exercises) which can help you to feel better in your lower back.
**These exercises are simple, can be done any time of the day with a light stomach and anyone can do it as there is no risk of injuries or pain.
**You can also repeat them twice in a day.
